The Cast

• ROLLO — Brown shell
  The striver who noticed the trap. Survival strategy: minimum viable compliance. He does not have "suggestions for improvement." He has questions about the survey.
• BADGE — Golden shell
  The believer who can't stop optimizing. He reports anomalies "for everyone's benefit." He is not lying. That's the scary part.
• THE ORACLE — System voice
  Not a character. A condition. It speaks in system notation. It never argues. It only resolves.
